It’s a long and winding road

The setting sun paints lines of light and shadow across the mountain road towards Grazalema, in the province of Cádiz, Spain. The Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, which covers over 50,000 hectares, is home to the rare, nearly all-white Egyptian vulture and was established as a biosphere reserve in 1977. Surprisingly, this corner of Andalusia often receives more rain than anywhere else in the country, including famously rain-soaked Galicia. Photo ©Mike Randolph
