    I’m glad that the comments are back.

    Pity that I’m not in Madrid. I really would like to go to one of these classes. Not only they sound interesting but besides having a strong exotic element and no lack of creativity, they sound very easy going and right up there with the times we live in and that also goes for the venue. Hope to see you in Madrid one day.

    Pass me some chopsticks! I would love to take a class like this. Japanese food prepared with Spanish style and ingredients is a pretty incredible combo. I could practically taste those paper thin pieces of garlic. Incredible. More videos please. This was really fun to see and gave a very cool peek at the foodie life in Madrid.
